CLUB POLICY

DRINKS:

No patron will bring in a drink that has not been purchased from the Club. Special requests for dietary requirements may be met with prior approval or special orders for functions can be arranged with conditions

FOOD:

No patron is to bring food into the Club at anytime.  The Club has a restaurant that operates 6 days per week for lunch and dinner and a vending machine is located within the building with various snacks

FOOD FOR FUNCTIONS:

Food must be purchased through the Club for functions. An exception will be made prior to the function for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or a funeral.  An example is to bring in a cake and sliced only once approved by the Board and Management

DECORATING FOR FUNCTIONS:

Club event or Private event: Prior approval must be obtained from the Club Board or Management before any patron sets up for a function. We have specific rules on what can be used for decorations in the Club, and this is for patron safety and the need to help protect our Club from unwarranted damage and excessive clean-up.
